- Remove old front wheel
- Fit new front wheel & align centrally
- Machine bushes for alignment as required
- Adjust/modify fender &/or edges to clear tire, etc.& temporarily re-fit for checking
- Remove fender & prepare for painting
- After painting re-fit for final assembly
