Zero Cool Tanks & Stretching

Tanks:
The age old problem: A stretched frame & no suitable tank. Ok, there are aluminium tanks available, but they usually fit poorly & start vibrating to pieces. Not to be recommended. Our solution: A steel tank, that can cope with any vibrations. We have a tank in our program with 4 rubber mountings, approx. 19 liter in capacity, that perfectly matches the stretched Zero Cool® or similar frames.
Available with one or two fuel caps, either screw type (like Harley® uses), with "Aero filler", or Pop-up caps.
The tank comes with a mounting kit (this must be welded to the frame, which we can do for you, of course), with one or two fuel caps.
We can also fit holders in the tank to receive instruments or gauges, like mini speedos.
Tank Stretching:
Another option for lengthening the tank is called stretching. Here your original tank is retained. Steel sheeting is used in this process so that it can be exactly moulded to where it is fitted, to the millimeter. This is also applicable for standard steel tanks.
