There are some rear ends where we don't have Pillion carcasses made up. But we do have a solution:
Thermoplastic is the magic word. This is nothing more than a 200mm x 200mm & 4mm thick "plastic sheet" that can be moulded into shape under heat. (i.e. with a camping gas stove, hot air gun or similar).
Once cooled down it retains it's shape & can form the basis of a seat.
